We’re going to address Paul’s concerns right now, because he’s sitting there on a stool, thinking, “Aha! What’s this about?” This is simply about another way of clearing energy. And once again, you have attachments to language so that when you say “parasitic energy,” you move into another kind of vocabulary that you are not comfortable with.

We are only saying that man can create a frequency that operates independently from him. And this is usually done through a repetitive thought or through serious trauma that creates a belief system, or through suffering when suffering is not done intentionally, as a way of keeping the self in pain for conscious reasons. And these reasons can include all of the benefits one gets from being the one who suffers. But when suffering is not created for those reasons, it must be contended with somehow. And real suffering is rarely a condition that is established casually. So we don’t want to address it casually.

Now Paul is saying, “Why do I see this as my mind’s eye as something that is in the auric field? Like a ball, or an emblem, or a figure?” Well, we say these are ways that you can identify these things in order to make them real enough for you in order to clear them. You all have attachments and cords to those patternings and behaviors and energies in your life. And the clearing of these things is actually part of what we are engaging with. So this is just part of a process.

Paul earlier saw a boulder in a living room. And we will say this. That was the appropriate image for that clearing. A little ball hanging out and causing trouble in the auric field is appropriate for this one as well. We hope that this has made sense to you.

Now we want to give you an exercise to carry you through to the next time you meet, and we encourage you to do this on your own today or tonight before you sleep.

We want you to see yourself standing before yourself as perfect. As a perfect creation with no embellishments. We ask you to see yourself idealized. Your perfect body. Your perfect physical health. Your perfect emotional state. The perfect smile on your face. The being that you truly are in perfection as realized before you. We want you to spend time observing this person. We want you to imprint this image of this perfect person in your consciousness. We want you to experience them first tonight as something that you see outside of yourself from every angle. See yourself before you, naked in your perfection, glowing, beautiful in your wonder, in your wisdom, as the perfect creation that you are intended to be.
